If you do this, which I plan on doing, please remember a few things. One you need to dechlorinate the water, two there should be filtration, three make sure there is a sizeable shaded area. Do not just do what the video shows you'll kill any animal pit in there
Dont need to act clever coz the rocks and plants or its pote add just enough shed for these tiny fishes
@@mohammedaarizmohammedirfanretard
@@mohammedaarizmohammedirfanI’m sorry but chlorine destroys the skin I reccomend try learning something first they are just giving tips and that’s not so much shade
Ty for this tip
Nonsense. It's just a big goldfish bowl.
I had a 6' tank for years. Cleaned it every 6 weeks with a hydro vacuum or whatever it's called, and always refilled it by 1/2 or 1/3 with tap water. I only ever lost 2 of my bigger fish because bigger ones still fought with the other two and ate parts of them. Checked and adjusted all the ph and whatever levels occasionally, and never had a problem with any fish. No skin problems, nothing.
Edit: filtration is not required, but some kind of aeration is. It all depends on what's in it. Little fish like that won't even need aeration. This was two decades ago, so my terminology is rusty.
First add topsoil then sand at the bottom, plant plants directly and secure with rocks, then add water.depending on the amount of water add salt, then let the water clear.add fish.i have 8 years and 10 years tank.never feed them, never changed water just add them and salt once a month.the fish just produce and eat whatever is present.they are so far the most rewarding of my animals
Salt name plz?
@@betsykurian9431Most Walmart's will carry freshwater aquarium salt, but any kosher salt will do, as long as it's non iodized. I believe you only add a ½Tablespoon per 10 gallons of water. You don't have to do it monthly, I just add salt whenever I do a 50% water change.
You also don't need to add salt for every type of fish, some fish species do poorly in brackish waters while other fish thrive in it. Just do research on the fish you're getting and you'll find out of they need it or not👍
How many litres?
Ideally, you’d have a deeper tub that allowed a substrate to directly put the plants in. At least a sponge filter, and some rocks/driftwood for them to hide in.
Ty
Amazon do tubs like this i have a bit 90l tub for checking my koi they have rpund and rectangle deep and shallow just search watter storage or large plastic tub
Link
Don't you think 90 litres for a koi habitat is a little bit small?
@@greensun1334You didn't read correctly, it says it's a bathtub to check your koi, it doesn't have them there, it's just to check them.
I have a 14 feet by 7 x 4.5 pond that 90 litre tub is what i treat the koi in saves money on buying the big 5 litre treatments
I love this idea. It's actuallu very simple. Thank you for sharing.
Finally a good size tank thank you 🙏🥰
What size is the pond??
Thats a beautiful pond
Very pretty please keep the fish healthy

I wish i could find this exactly tub, been looking for a rectangular one but can't find one in black, only white.
Maybe Walmart?
From where you got this type of tub?
Where did you buy this tank ?
Where can we find that tub?
Good idea 👍

love it❤
Wow relaxing 🥰👏👌
wow amazing
Water is very heavy and you could be putting yourself and others at risk by creating a “balcony pond” 🤦♀️
For that size it's nothing. Adults are heavier and can often have 3 adults on a small balcony and it not collapsing this pond is sure less weight than an adult person
Good ideal❤
What’s the plant with the big round leaves? It’s so cute
Water Lily I guess

NUMBER ONE KEEP IN SHADE or you will cook the fish. This is far to shallow
If you want to keep fish in it, I don't recommend it. Since it's so small, you have to watch the temperature (and the other water parameters) all the time. And you need filtration of course.
From where did you get that tub?
It looks like a plastic storage box with the cover off.
👍👍😍
Size?
Nice pond
Where did you get this plastic tub???

Do you need your add anything to the water to make the water safe for the fish
Yes, stress coat is what i use for my tanks and dose using the directions on back of bottle, the fish will be poisoned and die if you just use tap water and make sure to cycle the ecosystem
@@CoinConsumer I been using bottled water ,they been doing good , I’ve had them for almost two months now
@@LordFlac0420 that's because bottled water is safer than tap water but unless your buying it by the gallons I can guarantee your tank or bin isn't big enough unless you only have shrimp
Yes, need to add a dechlorinator to remove remove chlorine, etc. from the water
It’s also a good idea to add beneficial bacteria that will convert the fish waste into less harmful substances
did you add a filter?
Please give the link of thik tub
Where do you get that tub??

my moms like i would want to make one but i cant bcuz of the cats
Hey man, im on the same grind as you. I am also trying to get monetized. We can get through this together 💪🤝
Can we put it directly under the sunlight
No, the sun can heat the water to a temp that can kill the fish.
You need it partially shaded.
Yr pls koi batao kya vo fish aise Bina oxygen pump k oxygen le leti h only aquatic plants ki help se ??? Because I also want this type of natural water tub...
