    The first Austrian German settlement came to Peru in XIX century. Since then, they live there following their customs. Peruvian society is tolerant and respectful with immigrants, we are not used to harass foreigners that come to our country. We only wait that immigrants respect our laws and do the right. By the way, interesting video. Peru has beautiful places to visit.

    When you have a salt water lake it usually means that the lake used to be bigger but is evaporating because more water is leaving through evaporation then it's entering through rivers or rainfall. It's kind of interesting because often you can find the old shoreline. And I imagine in Peru, in the mountains it has something to do with the ice age.

    Appreciate the video but you shouldn't be complaining about the money you have to spend there...$5 soles?1 thats 1.50 euros/dollars. This is a beautiful place and I hear a lot of negative commentaries. You should be supportive of the people that live there and spend their lives trying to make this place beautiful and welcoming for visitors like yourself.

    • @RosieAndre
      @RosieAndre  Před rokem

      Hi Andrew, thank you for the comment. I didn't mean to sound negative. We just didn't expect to spend that money as we only brought a certain amount of cash for food.
      I literally said "we had to pay 5 soles each to get in, so about 10 soles which is about 2 euros, which is fine but we just don't have a lot of cash with us, and we didn't know we would have to pay extra things.. never mind."
      I don't think that is super rude or negative.. I was just explaining that if you come on this specific tour to bring extra money because we didn't expect to pay it and then only just had enough cash with us for lunch. That's all.
      Anyway, thanks for watching & commenting! Have a good day!

    • @andrewsnyderman1069
      @andrewsnyderman1069 Před rokem +1

      @@RosieAndre that wasn’t the only commentary. Negative comments about the food you were eating as well. Not trying to ruffle any feathers just wanted to point out that comments like that can be impactful for tourism at these kinds of places that need it. Cheers.

    • @RosieAndre
      @RosieAndre  Před rokem +2

      I want to be honest with my audience about my experiences and my opinions, otherwise, where is the trust? If food is incredible, I will say so, and it was in so many different parts of Peru. But if this food wasn't amazing, I'll say it. I'll always share my honest opinion about everything I put on CZcams. I think it's unfair to say that my comments could have a negative impact on tourism when the rest of the video I had an amazing day..
