(frequently asked for) mods visible in the video: Neko Lost + Tainted Lost, "The Beast but it's my dad" mod, Specialist Dance, Dogma Brimstone Lasers, Damage Multiplier Stat, and "Regret Pedestals" (this is the one that shows you the blind item you didn't take). AND the time machine mod (the one that makes the beggar donations go faster). AND the unintrustive pause menu mod.
This is one of my most satisfying tainted yuyuko lost runs to date. Ok ignore everything past this point, while I'm late for this upload... I also wanna shove as many funny item names as possible in here; plus nobody will read it anyways: Early bird's eye and brimstone have such HUGE c section tech x POTENTIAL (even though it's not as good as ghost pepper), although a bit of a change of plans involving sacred heart and a missed opportunity of rerolling items with the d6 made this run a bit more dangerous than it should have been, not to mention holy light's synergy with perfection's 10+ luck which just ended up melting everything I came in contact with. With so many soy milk angel rooms and the combination of godhead and proptosis, including the ipecac (dunce cap) I was basically guaranteed to find sacred heart, crown of light, and many other OP items that made this run a free monstro's lung win featuring edmund mcmillen (who also created super meat boy)... And I'm totally not mentioning these items in the description just for keywords or anything, why would I ever do that? This paragraph is also ABSOLUTELY not copied from another one of my videos but with certain words changed to make sense in the context of this video, that would just be silly. Wow, did you really read all of that? I'm proud of you.
Ok since nobody's gonna read this... I can say that I'm 100% changing my YT username to just "Laven" for 2 reasons:
1. I hate how people mispronounce lavencas, it's supposed to be just like "Lavender Castle" if you remove the extra letters, but a ton of people put emphasis on the VEN which sounds extremely weird to me and annoys me to no end
2. Some of you also seem to think the L is an i but WHYYYYYYY
I was thinking of rebranding to a different name entirely, but that's too much effort and a lot of people would be confused sooooo... yeah. Also fun fact the name lavencas was kind of a placeholder until I thought of something that sounded better, but my channel exploded way faster than I would've ever imagined and by that point it was too late...

Not even lying, without editing the seed or anything, my first run after watching this video had a fucking Mom's Knife + Polyphemus combo. Shit's busted and feels even more satisfying to play with than watch.
I wound up beating Hush, ???, Mega Satan (for the first time!!!) and then Delirium, all on Blue Baby, who I *never* play.

I've been watching Lavencas's channel from like- January, February or March. And over the months, his editting hasn't gotten old at all. But that's not what I wanted to say. I wanted to say that Lavencas's videos are the only actual videos that can raise my mood when I'm feeling down. And this is the one place I go to to re-visit videos (maybe) and to learn new synergies. I have been with Lavencas all the way since that month and I will always be with him! Lavencas, you go dude :)

Hey you, little pro tip:
When you hit buttons and they "fail," and enemies spawn, they only spawn in front of doors. So if an enemy spawns at a wall, there's a secret room entrance there!

That's why you should never reroll with D6 if the item is... fine. Just remember one rule: you do not reroll with D6 if you don't mind to take an item with any other character

mom's knife does 20 ticks of damage within a second, the knife also does 6x damage to your damage stat.
tough love, mom's knife and proptosis give:
27.22x(3+6+3.2)=332.084 effective damage
332.084x20=*6641.68*
thats only the dps for only one knife.
you have conjoined + twisted pair + lil clot

conjoined makes you shoot 3 knifes instead of one, so thats:
6641.68x3=*19925.04*
of course, thats if you hit all your shots.
lil clot deals 0.35x isaacs damage, so thats:
6641.68x0.35=2324.588
2324.588x3=*6973.764* (due to conjoined)

twisted pair deals 0.375x isaac's damage, so thats:
6641.68x0.375=2490.63
2490.63x3=7471.89 (due to conjoined)
7471.89x2=*14943.78* (since twisted pair is a pair of 2)
___________________________________________
so now, we just need to add them together.
6973.764+14943.78+19925.04=41842.584dps
so, you were close with the 50k dps estimate, but it could be higher because im not too good at math

7:05 fun fact: Rerolling a deal from satanic Bible will actually reroll from the Devil Pool rather than the Boss Pool, so that could have been rerollable (also yeah I get you still rerolled the other stuff because you had 2 pedestals but I just thought I'd let people know about this in case someone doesn't know)

I had this exact keeper run in Greedier. Mom’s Knife, Poly, Sacred Heart, and so many damage ups alongside Mysterious Liquid
It took a century and a half to charge up but it was so satisfying seeing Ultra Greed melt
