  • After being diagnosed with a heart murmur, Doyle Sutton turned to cardiologist Darshan Godkar, MD, Medical Director of the Radial Program at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center in Livingston, and cardiac surgeon Arash Salemi, MD, Clinical Chairman of Cardiothoracic Surgery at RWJBarnabas Health and Professor of Surgery at Rutgers New Jersey Medical School. In addition to his murmur, the two doctors diagnosed Doyle with coronary artery disease and aortic stenosis, a diagnosis that would require open heart surgery. After the successful double bypass and aortic valve replacement at Cooperman Barnabas Medical Center, formerly Saint Barnabas Medical Center, Doyle is back in action and feeling “like a new person”.
