- Kateřina Sam is a Czech ecologist known for her work in tropical forest
ecology. She is contributed to understanding food webs in treetops,
using innovative methods like canopy cranes. With a Ph.D. in
ornithology, her research spans continents and has resulted in over 60
scientific articles by 2023.
Presented at the EOU Fledglings Meeting 2024 in Prague, supported by Czech Society for ornithology.
