I am part of OCI part of Data and Analytics team, its been 6 months, learning wise its a pretty good place all best tech stacks WLB is a mess, mine is a hybrid model, I end up working 15-16 hours and internal politics is there, higher management is not great, everyone in our team from India development centre is frustrated and gets burn out by Thursday, US people have upper hand Final Verdict: Dont JOIN ( serious warning) DONT fall in the money trap and join OCI, if you care for your health and proper time with your family, rest is up to all of you folks

IN vit oracle came to hire for associate software engineer role. the ctc was 19.5 lakh around. they offer 32 lpa in IITS and 19 in VIT. why so much partiality bro
Yes, the salary structure shown is Incorrect ! I myself got an offer for IC3 this February. The structure was of what you have mentioned for IC2 in your video. Please don’t set false expectations among the crowd 😂.
