Lactose is a type of sugar found in milk.
But when its made into yoghurt or cheese the microbes consume it.
Thus a person who is lactose intolerant has problems consuming milk but is fine with milk's derived products.

The Canada / India nuclear controversy is actually something real. The Canadian made CANDU nuclear reactor design is one of the best and safest nuclear reactors in the world. India was the first country that wanted to buy a reactor based on the design. After the first one was put online, a second reactor was started to be built when India made it's first nuclear bomb test breaking the agreement we had stopping the reactor construction. India then decided to pull the China move and just made it's own CANDU knockoffs and built more than ten reactors ever since and obviously Canada wasn't paid for that making a huge loss of potential profit.
