  • Where have your toes been recently? Walking in the grass? Stung by a bee -OUCH! Tell your story - about walking along a country road or on a sandy beach. What's the first thing you kick off? Your shoes, right? We all have stories growing up like wearing a new pair of saddle shoes on the first day of school (going way back). Then and now: dress shoes, dance shoes, loafers, slippers and sandals. Anything goes!
    Anything Goes!
Just think of those shocks you've got
    And those knocks you've got
    And those blues you've got
    From those news you've got
And those pains you've got (breaking in new shoes)
If any brains you've got ...
    Anything goes!
Anything Goes is a 1956 American musical film directed by Robert Lewis, and starring Bing Crosby, Donald O'Connor, Zizi Jeanmaire, and Mitzi Gaynor. Adapted from the 1934 stage musical Anything Goes by Cole Porter, Guy Bolton, and P. G.

Who is the main character in Anything Goes?
An American is sailing between New York and England with a comically colorful assemblage of passengers: Reno Sweeney, a popular nightclub singer and former evangelist, her pal Billy Crocker, a lovelorn Wall Street broker who has come aboard to try to win the favor of his beloved Hope Harcourt (who is engaged to another ....).
