It sucks because its obvious theyre just making this style of music for what Danny wants AA to be. I remember an interview with Ben while Denis was still in the band and Ben was complaining how Danny was trying to make AA rock when everyone else in the band still wanted the heavy stuff during the From Death To Destiny era. They could easily part ways with Danny due to creative differences, thats what happened the first time around (Danny left due to wanting to pursue something different), but obviously they're happy with what they're creating. Baring in mind, Ben is the driving force behind the band, more so than Danny (Watch 'The Truth' in regards to when he left, Ben talks about writing material to cater to Danny and the others) You gotta remember, they're in their late 20's/early 30's. They're not full of angst and drugs anymore. They're married and have kids. They want to experiment and try new ideas rather than rinsing the same sound. They even said they don't ever want to make the same album twice.
It’s weird; pacing-wise, BMTH’s video for True Friends had a similar stop/start kind of feel, but it just worked so much better in that one. Maybe because they used the strings to build back up after each break, so it didn’t feel like they just paused the song.
It feels like a new Shinedown song. I like Shinedown but i wasn't expecting it from Asking Alexandria. I love Danny's singing so it's hard for me dislike the song.

The lead singer of Shinedown sounds better singing this type of music though. Danny just doesn’t sound right at all. Even on the chorus where he’s half singing half screaming just doesn’t sound good. Where’s his low growls that he’s known for?

Ya dude grab Andy and do a metal cover of this, thatd be sweet dude
The video is like “hey guys, look at us, we’re so edgy”
But the song is like “good night sir, may I please take you daughter on a date? My mom will pic us up and we’ll drop her before 10”
They took inspiration from fever 333 no doubt but they tried too hard to replicate that guitar riff style and flopped hard
Correction at 10:00. Cameron is not the drummer bro :P he's the left handed guitarist. The drummer's name is James Cassells. :)
This song is really bad
fr lol
I got into AA a little bit before Danny left the band and I was so pissed I'd never see the man back in the band I hope we all someday get to hear his progress back to some really heavy shit like the og albums 🙏
Damn, is that Asking Alexandria or Maroon 5? Yikes.
In the song there’s an odd two second pause which I was panicking if the audio cut off or if that’s part of the song found out it is
Not the Asking Alexandria I used to know now there like a rip off of imagine dragons
This song, idk if anyone else gets this feel but, this song gives me When The Lights Come On vibes from there last album
