November 18, 2019 marks the 30th anniversary of the release of Whitesnake’s “Slip of the Tongue” . I decided to do a cover of one of the greatest songs of that album. Wings Of The Storm. This is the first recording Steve Vai made with the first prototype 7-string Universe guitar.
My version is played with 6-string guitar with drop D-tuning. I think it wokrs quite nicely too.

There will always be debate about the GOAT but I think with the passing of so many greats Vai is probably the best Living guitarist, and you pulled off one of his best solos!! Awesome!!

This song is not easy to play. Your right hand is well trained and your picking tech is very accurate. You did brutal fretboard work! Congrats!
To play Vai, is basically very very difficult.

Hi Zoran, this is original track with little home editing. I manage to lower the level of original guitar but it's still there. So, i don't have that kind of isolated track where the guitar is taken away. Pdf and guitar pro files are available immediatly to all my videos after you have subscribed 😃👍
