      In the automation flow, is there a way to drag and drop things? The duplication is handy, but I can't figure out how to drag those duplications to reduce how much work I have to do.

    Had a query. When we go and edit an existing workflow (by pausing it) , it gives a message - 3 options I think - regarding those subscribers who got stuck because of pausing the workflow - do you want to exclude them, include from 1st step, etc - something on those lines. Which option to select then? Or if you have video on that, can you share the link. Thanks.

    Is this how the automation works for Mailerlite Classic or just the new version?

      Hi Stephanie, yes, the logic is same for both MailerLite and MailerLite classic. Here is video for the MailerLite Classic to compare 😊 studio.czcams.com/users/videom1lKcSf4-bQ/edit

    Will there be an option to drag and drop or move steps around in the workflow?

      Hello VA solution, at the moment this is not in the plans, but I will register your inquiry on our future improvement request file 🙌

      @@MailerLiteOfficialI'd love to have this as well. For example if I create a condition and want to send a similar e-mail like in the previous steps, I have to create the e-mail from scratch instead of just duplicate the one of the previous e-mails.

    how can i schedule an email for an exact date if im using automation? Should i use campaign, if i want to do that? thx.

    • @MailerLiteOfficial
      @MailerLiteOfficial  Před rokem

      Hi Timentor, if you are planning to send an email just once, then it is better to use a campaign 😊

    • @timentor_
      @timentor_ Před rokem

      @@MailerLiteOfficial thats great, but i would think about a solution to connect the automations and the campaings. Just think about it, somebody comes in through API and I want to send out an automated email. Next time I want to send an other email but not with delay but for exact date. Imo this should be on the same place to see the whole email chain. Currently this is done with an automation with 1 email and a campaign with the rest.

    • @MailerLiteOfficial
      @MailerLiteOfficial  Před rokem +1

      @@timentor_ That's not a problem, you can use the Delay step, but instead of specifying how many days should the delay last, click on the dropdown next to it and select "Specific day of the year" option. There, you can select what day and time the next email will be sent. 👍

    Im still confused. What if I just want to send a welcome email and then a monthly email after that with new content from my website? So I create the welcome email and then just 1 workflow email and edit it every month with new content??

    can we edit an email in the workflow without putting the workflow on hold?

    • @MailerLiteOfficial
      @MailerLiteOfficial  Před rokem +1

      Hello Marina, the workflow has to be turned off while making edits to the emails. However, in case a new subscriber is triggered in the meantime, you will be prompted to add them to the workflow as soon as you turn it back on 😊

    i want that all those who have filled a form will stop getting mails in the automation and those who haven't filled it will keep getting the mails, how can i do this ?

    • @MailerLiteOfficial
      @MailerLiteOfficial  Před rokem

      Hello, when they fill out the form, add them to a separate group. Then in the automation, click on the trigger and you will get an option to exclude the group from the workflow. As soon as subscribers join the group, the automation will stop for them. 👍

    When I add a condition, I want the workflow to do nothing when the conditions are not met and send an email when the conditions are met. But I get a message: "Workflow can't be started. 1 condition step needs completion." How do I configure the workflow to stop if the condition isn't met?
