You know, in my country people can be fined or jailed in some cases for prank calling 999 (911 for my country) and calling this number for trivial things because they're wasting their time.
When I was younger, I remember seeing an ad where a kid was prank calling this number and his parents were thrown into jail for not teaching their kid to only dial this number in emergency.
I was expecting sometime like "...years later I foundout it was just a ox!?" Man that was a plot twist

My mom is the General Manager of the public park that that donkey is kept in.. It's not really a Zoo, it's just a small part of the park that's privately rented by an independent investor who brought in a punch of animals for kids entertainment and thought he'd paint a friggin donkey to fool more people into coming to his place to watch the animals he's got to make some more money!
