I haven't started yet, but I have started physical Therapy, for knees and back, I'm looking at all exercises and I'm putting together a program for me using all 5 minutes and 10 minutes exercises. I like what I'm seeing, I look forward to using your exercises. KOOL! MARSHALL!

Your animated exercise videos are very good and helpful. Please make separate short time animated exercise videos on each orthopedic disease & pain relief and separate short time animated exercise video on each neurological disease & pain relief then common people will be greatly benefited. Also, without adding music to the animated exercise video, if you describe how the exercises are done in the exercise video, then all the common people who have orthopedical & neurological diseases and pains will benefit greatly by watching your animated exercise videos and doing the exercises.
What is the difference between 2 and 6... The prone y-raises? I mean what is the adjustment in technique to stimulate the different muscles highlighted in each? Thank you

When I used to play Handball earlier we used to call the fifth one, The RedBull as if we were flying Hahahahah, It was funny seeing grown ups act like kids when we used to do this Hahahahaha. But It really does strengthen the back
