Hi everyone! What grade (out of 10) would you give this video?
Why do u care u didn't make the damn movie
10
Nothing Denzel does has a rating.....perfect acting science.....
A grade that won't earn you a thumbs up since your click bait is all about the thrill of getting those thumbs up so you can feel good about yourself and feed your virtual expectations of being a worthy human since baiting for thumbs up is your only adrenaline in life.
@Bubbha 1 good job clown..welcome to the bait matrix. Keep obeying your master
Nobody smacks stuff off tables better than Denzel.
That smash at the end was totally perfection 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Tony Soprano and the cereal bowl. Stephen Graham and the ice cream bowl in The Irishman
“THATS $25,000 ALPACA YOU BLOT THAT SHIT!” Idk why but that’s one of my favorite quotes in this movie😂
Yup. 😂
Denzel's signature "smack things off the table" thing 🤣🤣🤣🤣
He was a cat in his past life
Rumours say, that moment in the end, with the sunglasses, wasn't scripted and it's awesome! Denzel kicks ass!
Makes sense cause he knew wearing expensive shot without an actual white collar established tax paying job.....and ur black and in the hood/working in the hold pretending to be a manager at some mechanic shop. Or even if ur the established owner.....wearinf thousand dollar shades attracts cops/narcs.
So on the spot denzel did that unscripted.....hes a badass actor
And freeway rick even said he hated his arrogant attitude but he was just tryna keep things in check
@@jimmydane34 or because they are inside, and even if they would have been outside it is obviously dark.
It’s exact like Jamie Foxx showing Denzel his Denzel impression 😅
they even have camera angles set ut for it, of course it was scripted
I can relate to him. This is how every McDonald's shift manager feels.
JESUS 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
And you folks wonder why big businesses are preferring automated worker. Who wants to handle the issue of psychotic employees?
I'd suggest getting a better job and stop acting like a shift manager at McDonald's is worth life's precious moments. 🤣🤣
@@brayallen7290 You got fired from McDonald's didn't you?

“YOU BLOT THAT S**T” 😂
Just as I was imitating him saying that hahaha
Denzel wrote a new song for the piano, it's a real head banger
😂
Eddie Murphy did it too in The Nutty Professor 😂
Huey’s reaction to when he slams the guys head in piano had me rolling 😂 “woah! Hey!” Lmao
I love how it goes from tense to awkward to that smooth jazz piano at the end of the video
The way the bucket rolls *DIRECTLY* to the butler, and the bistro jazz at the end after his tirade, is beyond priceless
Legend has it he's still blotting that rug.
Legend has it that alpaca rug is still on eBay waiting to catch a bid.
who's the women in the green just watching the dude clean the carpet? She should have been helping lol
When this first came out, I remember the whole theater laughing at “You blot that shit.” 😂
So good. You do not f*ck with a man's alpaca.
LMFAO
HE WAS SLAMMING THE SHIT OUTTA DUDE WITH THE PIANO 😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
Denzel’s even more pissed off when you play the piano scene at 2x
I didn't know Denzel could play the piano...
He makes head bangers. Classically trained.
@@Jameslawz you must be real proud of yourself.
@@sweetsoftdog1105 probably made than you’re parents are of you.
@@willdenoble1898 Thanks, Terry Schiavo for typing through a straw.
He's another Ray Charles

That's $25,000 Alpaca! BEST LINE LOL
You blot that shit 🤣
I've never seen a bad Denzel movie!
You must not have looked very hard. Plenty of bad ones out there - The Bone Collector is a terrible film.
@@ngc-fo5te Out of Time is pretty bad too. To be fair though, his performance in both films is good, it's just that everything else sucks.
@@geoffreysorkin5774 I thought everything was bad in The Bone Collector including Denzel.
The Equalizer films are not exactly cinematic masterpieces either.
@@ngc-fo5te I love the bone collector.
@@BossMan-vl5cd Hey, bad movies have their supporters - but that doesn't change the fact they're bad movies.
@4:01, until the end, wasn't scripted,all improvised/ad-lib.
Chiwetel Ejiofor, wasn't expecting it at all.
I belive him taking the sunglasess off and slapping the bucket was unscripted XD
I think so too
Yes, it’s well known that he did that himself
Reminds me of that scene in Djengo . . .
Ma man
Yeah, he's known for getting so into the moment that he just goes off
Lol! That poor bastard that wasn't doing anything but still gets that bucket of water thrown all over him at the end.
This is hardcore HEAVY narcotic trade/buisness.......thats a fucking GOOD DAY. No bullets.....get paid....and boss isnt mad at u.....
Id soak in water all god dam day. Lol
@@jimmydane34 Of course. Bottomfeeders take anything they can get.
this scene really makes me feel like im in bronx in the 70s haha
In the world of cinematography the shot where he hits the ice bucket of the table is absolutely perfect 👋🏾 (it was probably an accident regarding the trajectory but you see how it rolled right into the next shot) 👀
3:12 The Black Power haired actress first threatens to cry and in the other cut of the scene she is just looking lol
"Everybody get out"!! 💘 FRANK!!!!!
How every one acts when they get thier first ounce of weed😂
Trashed him in the piano 😂😂
I remember watching this movie when it came out, I was in highschool. It had influenced me in so many ways and pushed more weight with my cousin taking constant trips to Tijuana back and forth.
The song that was playing was Bobby Womack's Across 110th Street. I remember when the song hit the airwaves. It was the theme song from the movie, Across 110th Street (1972). It starred Yaphet Kotto and Anthony Quinn. It was one of the blaxploitation films that came out in the early 1970s. Saw it at the theater. It was decent for that time.
Yaphet Kotto, original Alien movie!
Jackie Brown as well 🔥🔥🔥🔥
the dude in the Hat got the WHOLE SPLASH!!! at the end ...
Dude didn't do anything wrong! Wasn't in the shooting, didn't mouth off to Frank, was just shutting up, listening, and got drenched anyways. Rough day at the office.
"Across 110th Street"!! Continue RIHP Mr.Bobby Womack!! 💘 🙏 🎶
3:22 It took him forever scrub that stuff off the rug.
That poor guy in the background that got soaked🤣
He should have moved.
Take them sunglasses 🕶️ off ! 😂
that's how you party with the brothas! looks fun!
It's night,and he still pissed.
Masterful acting by Denzel.
Dude got hit with the water lol
The dude getting soaked at the end lol
This the same rage I feel when I'm in the cut and I have a loud obnoxious friend blowing up my spot.
Jimmy, the guy who gets his head caved in, is played by Malcolm Goodwin, the same actor who portrays Captain Finlay in Reacher. I thought he looked familiar. He really hasn't aged lol.
Great catch!!
Thats my jam in the beggining
Ooooohoooooohooooooooohoooooo

@@love1orhate1boxingnewsupda61 Great song.
1:56 is that hip-hop/rap artist *T.I.* ??
Yep
no thats i.t.
The song that is credited is wrong. This correct credit should be Bobby Womack- "Across 110th Street".
I like the glasses. They make him look like Herbie Hancock.
$25,000 alpaca, you blot that
Classic song
Frank over here practicing Fur Elise on this dude head 😂😂
note to self: never get into an argument with Denzel Washington while standing next to a piano.
Not the alpaca 😂😂
Dayum what that piano ever do to him?
This is one of the few gangster movies that can compete with scarface
Frank went apeshit on EVERYBODY!!
That blood stain ain't comin' out 🤣🤣🤣
Love American Gangster
Pretty sure it was that dude’s head making that cracking sound not the piano
The fact that they would even defend that Jimmy guy and say it was an accident is downright idiotic. I feel Frank's anger on a spiritual level here. Damn.
denzel has anger management issues. i wonder where that came from
You have to blot it.
That's me when I get upset on God😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
better than perfect
Does Piano Man survive the "concerto"?
3:00 👊💥
he never wanted to get attention or be loud.
Bro. 2023. This movie... 🔥
one gun shot and the party is over? oh come on man.
Yea pretty much.....
Headbanger’s Ball!
Shout out to Bobby Womack on vocals...
Ah yes back in the day when any joe schmoe can just walk in and out of a military base without jumping through fiery hoops at the gate....
Before tighter security, before 9/11, before regulations...money was the only key you needed to move a soldiers feet.
Now days it's harder to bribe people since it's come under federal law now.
@@Jameslawz It's not even about bribing. People with military ID's can't even bring a person that they are with in anymore. They have to fill out all types of paperwork to get in. I don't mind it having tighter security but it gets ridiculous when a veteran can't even bring one person inside a base even if that veteran is able to get in on their own with their ID.
I worked at an airport beside an Airforce base in the 90s. There was zero security besides some old security guard who'd wave you through. We'd walk right up to the planes and pick up garbage and drive through the base. You could have taken whatever you wanted and never been stopped or questioned.
here the thing the mafia boss had police on payroll but frank had the god damn us military on payroll.
He one uped him, big time.
Sunglass songs in the bloody key of Lucas Major. Denzy was playin but not playin.
Did Billy Joel survive ?
How was him having those sunglasses on bothering him lmao??
Because when you're talking serious shit to a motherfucker, and you can't make actual eye contact, that shit is rude! It's basic manners! How can Frank tell that he is acknowledging him if he can't see his eyes? Plus, the fact that he's wearing them indoors is annoying in and of itself! And, on top of it all, Frank is entrusting a billion dollar business to a moron who thinks wearing sunglasses indoors is a good decision! Do you need more reasons? Because if you do, I think that I can't muster about 75 more.
It’s like a unnecessary thing just to show off and he always saw that as showing a red flag that you got money when the goal is to have it but don’t be an idiot with it, he’s seeing how everything around him is slowing becoming more wrecking and loud instead of being discreet and silent
Simple Simon a** mfers 😂
Denzel knocks alot of things over in this movie...
so i dont get it, did he whoop the dude with the piano and from that point on kept raging at everybody, or was there like a break after he whooped the dude with the piano till when they started to blot the carpet?🤣🤣
Guarantee "blot that shit" wasn't in the script
Go ahead, ruin Common's night.
What’s the name of the song?
Across 110th Street
And nothings changed - this is still how massive amounts of drugs get around the world - full military assistance - probably sanctioned at top level these days too

just a question, so, something i never was sure about, and i don't fully remember this movie well in regards to characters.
first of all, i assume the guy saying 'i should arrest you all', was a cop? but was that cop a cousin of Frank Lucas, or was the dude that Frank unleashed his anger on on the piano the cousin?
Because first of all, the cop was looking for a smacking. He went out of line by far and asked for way too much attention. When he was touching that girl, i assume that that girl was 'the other guy (whom got smacked in the piano) 's girlfriend ). If that was the case, obviously, the cop went way too far out of line. I assume this is what Frank reffered to when he said 'it was no accident'.
Shooting the guy was obviously another way out of line that was retarded. He did that because he lost his control. So, could it be that Frank was reffering to this as 'no accident?'
Because Frank saw all of it unfold. The 'cop' was the loudmouth. I expected Frank to come barging in and taking control of the out of control Cop.
However, instead, and though understandable to a degree, he actually took the other guy - that shot - and bashed him in the piano.
Now what i never really got, was, that was extremely violent, and i always believed the cracking sound was the sound of his skull being cracked open in the piano and that would mean the dude would be dead.
However, Frank said 'he don't want him here', now to whom was he referring there? They say 'he's your cousin' and he simply did not want him, but, who then was the cousin? The cop? or the guy he bashed his brains in?
Because i don't remember Frank having a cop as a cousin. I also thought it was the cousin that shot the cop. But if that's the case, then, the cousin survived that trashing. But the sound of a skull cracking open would have me think he'd be friggin dead or atleast brain-damaged.
can anybody explain?
❤
Everybody knows you blot that shit!
