If you already bought the domain, why do you still need to pay an annual fee? How is a domain actually stored or owned then? Can you do a video about it if you haven't already?
This covers what is obvious but the problems people have questions about: If I set that domain to direct to a site will it still redirect during the transfer. Will the emails on that domain still work during the transfer. Problems can arise, eg. I had to get the old host to change its tags and they dragged their feet on purpose.
