It is difficult to come to such a conclusion based on the limited information that has been revealed to the public thus far. Regardless, due process must always be respected in Canada. There are countries throughout this world that are indifferent to one's day in court.

I remember a time when politicians weren’t openly corrupt in front of all our faces.
I also remember an MP forced to resign over a $16 glass of orange juice in London! If anybody has been OR lived in London, they would know that this was not really that outrageous for a cost (I remember paying $7 for a freaking doughnut once I made the conversion of pounds into dollars, needless to say that was my only doughnut in London), but explaining that to a liberal is like talking to a deaf dog!
