logan "overtrained" because it's marketing to him he doesn't take it seriously. KSI on the other hand won because he had heart and mentality. guess that's the secret to boxing.

I’m no coach but when I heard Logan had trained for a year before this i said to my friends he’s over trained and KSI will win, my mates laughed at me... I guess it proved to be true

Overtraining is bullshit. Im sorry but its the truth, the human body is made to adapt. There is even a study where a muscle was «overtrained» for 30 days and the myo nuclei in the muscle cells increased, which is similar to what happens when one takes anabolic steroids. Look at prisoners, they are huge, they work out the same muscles every damn day all the damn time! Overtraining is bullshit, and a lot of famous strength lifters, and bodybuilders has said it their self, overtraining is a term made by mentally weak people.

Asfg Yyg if you train to fight a tiger but your fighting a cat, you will overload your immune system hence why logan lost .you will be trying to predict movement that the opponent won’t even consider doing

Logan shows better technique yes but I feel that Hes more confident in the ring, watc the spar with Ksi and sensei. I honestly believe if JJ had more experience in the ring and fought against someone like Jake which is much closer to his weight and height JJ would look like a complete different boxer. Trust me fighting someone taller, stronger more reach than you infront of thousands being inexperienced, technique goes straight out the window sometimes.
