Dude I thought I was going crazy, that's literally all that's in the trailer. A trailer loaded with buzzwords that should be the standard already
dev teams being mostly diversity hires and bs jobs instead of programmers, over-reliance on third party engines, too much focus on raytracing meme and muh open world, using dlss/whatever as a crutch for poor optimization, publishers slapping drm into their games. you only have yourselves to blame for buying slop after slop.

If this game turns out to not be well optimized, heads will have to roll
AMD sponsored, so it probably won't run that well. Many other AMD sponsored titles only run good on RTX 4000 series/latest AMD GPU's that cost 800$+
Optimization is the least of your worries. This is Ubisoft we're talking about here. They will prioritize on locking content behind a paywall.
Looking at their past history, the game would get -graphical downgrades- optimizations on the release version.
I was thinking to Ryzen CPUs models especially combined with 3d cache, how much of a difference it will make compared to the rest.

Im not crazy about the avatar movies but these visuals are really awesome and I really appreciate the burned areas make the game feel much more mature like Killzone 2 on ps3.

This is a very third person game made first person. Avatar is huge on spectacle in not just the world but the Navi (no idea how to spell that) Themselves.

At this point AMD is the one who is really holding back technological advancement by not including DLSS and XESS. This is a shame, since their FSR perfoms pretty bad: blurry and almost no FPS gain compared to DLSS 😢. So probably AC mirage and other ubi's wont have DLSS as well 😢
Ubisoft games already became uninteresting for me. A AMD partnership which results in not implementing DLSS and XESS is only the last nail in the coffin for me.

I think Ubisoft usually is better at first person stuff, though they have made some good Assassins Creed games in third person.

FSR is nice for people with old cards and stuff, but it does not compare at all with DLSS.
