Just another tip for anyone who is moving. If you have newspapers you can also wrap dishes or any breakable item with news paper. Yes I have never purchase boxes. I always go the stores or get boxes from my employer , stationary paper boxes, or any supply boxes that they throw away.🤷🏽♀️🙏🏽
I do the same thing banana boxes is a big help also
Well done, I love the raw and realness of this vlog. We all need to see examples of what walking in faith (despite fear) can do as we move through transformational periods of our lives. Sugar coated content makes life look devoid of challenges and we all know that isn’t how life works.

Having worked in housing management in Metro Atlanta for 33 years, I've never heard of a move out fee when you're moving out according to the lease terms..😮🤔 May the sunrise give you hope.

I'm so happy that everything worked out. During my last move our landlord kept our deposit for damages that was already there when we moved in. We were the model tenants for almost 3 years, never late a payment and caring for his property has if it was our own. It was having to deal with unfair practices like the ones he exhibited that encouraged us to buy our current home. I wish you guys the best in your new home!
I love how organized Mayfair is with everything...They have a much better marriage & homelife ,it seems to me than many other couples .They discuss everything and are so open with the public.Malaika is so well disciplined and very smart❤❤❤.Love this family

You guys have renter’s rights. Your old landlord did you wrong. She can’t charge you before she does an inspection of the property. She has to give you a detailed description of everything thing that she used your security deposit for. My husband and I own several properties. Also, if your rental contract stipulates that she has to pay the move out fee, make her pay it. Don’t let her bully you.

She kept her faith and now she is a homeowner with her two sons. So proud of her. I pray you will be in your place for a long time until whatever you desires happen.said how people are now. Loved every minute. I am in a season where I am praying for God to move a big mountain. We are on a time clock, but I know God doesn’t move on our time. Praying to him to make a way. The way you clung to your faith encouraged me to keep hanging on to Him.

What a landlord!! Sorry to hear about your experience with the current landlord. Her reneging on things that you guys agreed upon is unacceptable and illegal…especially if all of the arrangements were made in writing. It almost feels like she took advantage of you because you were too nice. It’s illegal for her to force u to move out before the date set in your lease. If she wants you out early she must get ur permission and prorate the rent for the month. I’m like fuming! I’m a landlord and would never do that to a tenant.
