Back at another awful EA build in need of some help. So I decided on this little number in the world of Britechester, only using Base Game and Discover University. I'll see you all when I get back on the 9th May! BYEEEeeee!

That house always looks so weird on its own, like it's a part of a row but ripped out, so I love that you made it a proper house ^^
yes i've always found it weird how britechester is clearly based on uk aesthetics but the lots don't really reflect that. i get that with sims 4's mechanisms you can't do a proper row of houses or semi-detached units, but there are plenty of detached uk properties ea could've taken inspiration from so it doesn't look so out of place.
When I rebuilt this world I used the debug shells to make it into a little row and match the surroundings. It's crazy how much better the lots look when they aren't just awkward thin lonely houses
That's why I always demolished it and build something else bc she was sad and abandoned 😂😂😂
This video feels like an asmr material tbh. His voice is so soothing, and the music in the back is nice and chill. I haven't thought I needed this.

the gall and the gumption the Sims team had to name this lot "honeydew fields", like sir this is traffic island at best 😭 loved this renovation and hope you have an amazing break!

The person in the house definitely didn't want to sell it so the council couldn't build a big road 😂
As always your builds are amazing , I wonder For a challenge what it would be like to see you only use auto placement on a build including only default swatches on furniture items .I hope you have a wonderful rest of your day enjoy your break :)

I absolutely ADORE when you renovate houses in Britechester with the the EA restrictions. I always replace the lots by EA with yours 🥰 And I would love to see you doing Judith Ward's house with those restrictions!

One of my favorite renovations! This lot was incredibly sad and bland, and now it has so much character while fitting in with the world.
This house always looks really odd to me. You did a fantastic job upgrading it and making it look like it belong to the area!

Yeah ... I struggled with this house, and had to remodel it two or three times in the course of one sim's journey from childhood to university. You did a great job!
The only negative I have found with this location is I wish they extended the lot size to reach the other side of the sidewalk. Great upgrade!

While I don't love it, it is much better than the previous house that was there. I think that brown bedroom could have looked better with a pop of color via the curtains.

Looks great! Amazing what you can do using only base game & one pack. For a later build video, you should build something inspired by the framed picture in the main bedroom.

Gorgeous build as always! 🥰Had no idea about the auto window function, and probs wont be using it now that I know about it cause I prefer to place windows down myself where I want them. I have made this lot into a park in my current savefile and I think it really suits the lot and also the world was missing one - a university world without a park is so strange to me - where else are you going to hang out in the summer and drink wine 🤪
