One of my favorite things, in the world, is when your camera flies away. Your reactions are always hilarious! Thanks for the laughs, as always, darling! ❤ (beautiful build per usual, too!)
I love Google Earth shenanigans! ❤😊 The Birds of Paradise reminding you of dinosaurs is so funny, like how Hydrangeas remind me of water! For some reason. 😂
29:41 I adore the sunken living room; creates separation without needing a door, plus the bookshelf divider ❣️love it 😍 This would be such a gorgeous holiday home irl. Luxe, minimal and airy 👌
As a German I’d recommend following cities to look out for interesting buildings: Münster (beautiful university city known for it’s cycling culture) Munich (Bavaria’s capitol and also one of the oldest cities with it’s history going back to 1158. It really has some gorgeous antique buildings!) Bamberg (build on seven hills, giving it a little Venice like but with baroque and medieval architecture) Monschau (is a medieval town with a castle neon for it.s half trimmed houses along a river that goes right through the city center) There are many more amazing places to look out for in Germany, but their buildings really catch an eye!
My childhood house is in this same neighborhood!! it was so awesome to recognize this area, as I used to drive by that little flower shop under the bridge every day!! Fun fact about that street this house is on, it’s one of the oldest streets in Miami, and most of the houses there are very old and are protected from renovations for their historic design! Would love to see you build a classic Miami house! You really nailed the in style modern house with the white and black accents! Great job, love your videos
Love it as always!! ❤ For the south of France you should check out either Nice which the more bougie and expensive part, or Marseilles, a more traditional fisherman town. There also Lyon (not as south as the others) and especially « le vieux Lyon » with beautiful gothic architecture and amazing restaurants called bouchons, Lyon is my favorite city in France.
I'll take some flowers too, please 😆The house looks fabulous! You found such a nice house for inspiration; I love its modern design and the CC just brought it to life, in my opinion. I'm looking forward to the Parisian style house!
I absolutely love going into Google Maps and just "driving" around and if I know your address or I find out what your address is. Oh I'm totally Googling you, and going to your address 😂 and looking around the neighborhood that's totally me!!
you nailed these interiors the ✨beachy ✨vibes are perfect and that color palette really did it for me. the sandy living room and that volcanic rock bathroom loveee
Loving this series! Amazing build as always!! ❤ I'd love to see you visit New Zealand for this series. We have some lovely victorian and colonial villas, art deco houses, and bungalows that I'd love to see you recreate (as well as other styles).
Love that you picked Miami! My parents live pretty close to this area, and modern builds have popped up like this all around them! Your choice of Tomarang is perfect--I always go there for my Miami-esque builds, lol.
Beautiful as always! Just an aside could you please bring back the Potter project series? I loved all of those builds and have them all in my game. Earlier in the series you mentioned wanting to make Spinners End and I really want to see your take on that house! Another house that I think you would do an amazing job on is the Lovegood house! I just know your interpretation of both houses would be stunning! 💕
One of my favourite build series of yours!!😌 Please do some houses from South Africa🥹 (that’s where I’m from) I’d love love love to see how you take on these houses from here!😁🖤 Looking forward to all the videos of this series to come! Keep your flaps in, babes.🤣😘
I like it when you build with custom content, even without it, but I feel when you use cc that your sense of detail and creativity can reach completely different levels! I love it and I enjoy it! Ooooh, I hope you will visit Czechia too with this series!😁🤗
although i’m american, im quite excited to see your future builds outside of america 🥰 it’s also exciting to see that someone loves gypsophila like i do!! i call them baby’s-breath which is such an odd name 😅
Another incredible build! I dont usually like modern houses but this house is beautiful, also makes me want to have some rich sims who dont have kids and just have all their friends stay over for parties!
I live in Orlando but I grew up in a tiny beach town about 2.5 hours away from Miami, and spent much of my early 20s partying in Miami, and this house is EXACTLY what you see!
It's not me but I could cut it living here! 😂just gotta wait for the early release dates on the packs to know when to download it! My first American house I've watched you make so gonna have a pop around !
I always enjoy watching you build and decorate these modern builds (well any style you build I enjoy watching). I've never wanted to live a modern style house because of all the windows. I think I would feel just too exposed. The aspect that some rando walking their dog or driving down the street getting an eyeful. LOL As you said though Aden, we can pretend they have those automatic privacy blinds.... eh The Sims. We all know that most sims aren't the poster children of modesty. Heh heh heh. The build turned out beautiful and those views are stunning to say the least. 🥰
So happy to hear you’re planning to do a few french builds… and excited to see what you pick! I thought about a lesser known city in the South of France which you maybe don’t know: the city of Sète. There is a little fisherman's village nearby named "La Pointe Courte" which is so so sooo lovely (Agnès Varda shot her first Nouvelle Vague movie there) - why not a tiny/smaller house here? Or several colorful tiny houses side by side?
I'm genuinely curious if you decide to do a house from the Czech Republic, where will you go to find your inspiration? I struggle to think of just one neighbourhood/city to recommend. On another note, I do wish we could change wall heights for each room, not just a level. It's actually a fairly common practice IRL and would help me build more interesting (and realistic) houses.
miamiiiii. i live 45 minutes north and have been many times in my early 20s 🤭 if the roads to get there were not absolute hell, i would try to go more often. i always dream of living in one of those luxury home that cost more than my entire existence lol. awesome build as always aden!! also, i would love it if you did a build inspired by south america :)
Would looove for you to check out Swedish houses! both traditional (red little cottage with white details kinda vibe) and like central Stockholm architecture, apartments and all, i think you'd love it
love the landscaping speed build! would you consider talking over instead of playing music? would love to hear you talk about what you are doing there!
Aiden, I love this series so much but I only see two of your Google Earth Houses up on the Gallery (yes, filtered for cc). I know the Gallery can be funky but perhaps you forgot to upload a few? I was particularly looking for the Maine House which I adore. This house is up there though and I have space for this one too- I love the aesthetic!
The house, besides being stunning (which is not that easy because often the black and white, minimalist vives feel like +dentist*) has like a beachy feeling to it, in case no one noticed!
Check out Sarlat in the South of France, but also please please please do a house in the lakes region of the East of France!! Somewhere in the Jura mountains, or in Savoie (Annecy has this beautiful huge lake nudged between the mountains, it's gorgeous!)
I would’ve assumed you’d place it in del sol valley. I know that’s meant to be LA, but so is San sequoia being San Francisco which is in LA. I always mix up states and cities lol. I think Del Sol would’ve looked great as they also have palm trees and that nice urban slash suburban vibes.
Either this Florida gal is losing her mind to the reveries of childhood days in Miami or there are wind chimes in the background. With or without the chimes, this build captures the feel of Miami so well, I can almost smell the brine in the air. If you have not seen it yet, I recommend looking up Villa Vizcaya which is a historic estate in Miami.
For new york can you please do upstate or western NY, maybe the hamptons. a cute town named chatham has some adorable houses around. buffalo, albany area, saratoga springs, and rochester have nice houses around.
In my country the Czech Republic we have a really stunning modern villa from the 1920’s. It’s called Villa Tugendhat and it’s under UNESCO. If you’d like to be inspired by something I would recommend you take a look! Much love :)❤️
Aiden's unbridled hate for Pampas grass in the beginning will never not make me cackle
Always a treat 😂
Also Birds of Paradise apparently remind him of dinosaurs! I laughed out loud
Same haha @@amandapope1958
@@amandapope1958 I actually agree with him, but had never thought of it before 😂
@@nannasofie I don’t like them either! All the arrangements I’ve ever seen are covered in grey dust, it grosses me out lol
This looks like it came out of Architectural Digest. You do minimal very well.
One of my favorite things, in the world, is when your camera flies away. Your reactions are always hilarious! Thanks for the laughs, as always, darling! ❤ (beautiful build per usual, too!)
When life is testing you, just grab your snacks and watch Aden. Everything will be fine 🌻
I laughed so hard at some point it is not even ok.
It would be awesome if you did a Scandinavian house! Im from northern Sweden so I would love to see something inspired by that
As a fellow Swede I second this!
As a Dane, I also second that!
As a scandiphile German I third that 😂
obsessed with this idea
I love Google Earth shenanigans! ❤😊 The Birds of Paradise reminding you of dinosaurs is so funny, like how Hydrangeas remind me of water! For some reason. 😂
I agree so much on the ability to build at different heights. I would love love love to build some split level houses.
29:41 I adore the sunken living room; creates separation without needing a door, plus the bookshelf divider ❣️love it 😍
This would be such a gorgeous holiday home irl. Luxe, minimal and airy 👌

I want to add Quedlinburg

I'll take some flowers too, please 😆The house looks fabulous! You found such a nice house for inspiration; I love its modern design and the CC just brought it to life, in my opinion. I'm looking forward to the Parisian style house!
Why do I love this so much? These beach vibes are vibing, hon!
I absolutely love going into Google Maps and just "driving" around and if I know your address or I find out what your address is. Oh I'm totally Googling you, and going to your address 😂 and looking around the neighborhood that's totally me!!

Hello from Florida 😊 I absolutely love your energy Aden !! You are definitely a very talented creator and enjoy all of your videos. 😊
Love this build and your commentary as always! Watching your videos always puts me in a better mood. The pampas grass part was hilarious 😂

Love love the home cause it's so beautiful and modern. Have a great wonderful Thursday and glad that u did that.
You are so crazy talented. Such a beautiful and relaxing build!
My absolute favourite series!! Another incredible build
(Also every time I see CC I think the sims 4 could never)
This came together beautifully!
Love an Aden modern build! And love the format of mixing in speed build segments of the landscaping 👌🏻
The color choices were done very well, I enjoy the combos.
miami omg my home !! feeling so happy u chose this beautiful city
i am already excited for polish houses since you're one of my favourite builders, so that would be so cool to see your take on them 🖤
It's stunning, Aiden. I'm not big on modern, or minimalism, or Florida. But it's just so beautifully done.
Come and do one in Australia. 😊
LOVE LOVE LOVE! The interior is totally my taste, minimalistic, beachy and earthy. I’m moving in! 😍
Loving this series! Amazing build as always!! ❤ I'd love to see you visit New Zealand for this series. We have some lovely victorian and colonial villas, art deco houses, and bungalows that I'd love to see you recreate (as well as other styles).

I JUST BUILT a modern home with almost the same layout yesterday so I'm so happy to see this and I'm talking furious notes!
Yet another Aiden build that leaves me feeling super inspired and wishing I could live there in real life. STUNNING!
Would love to see a Dutch build when you do European 😍😍
Beautiful as always!

i will say it again you make me smile even when i dont want to thank you for the lovely build. and for you being you.
I love the black ceilings! I would never have tried that, but it really works. For the South of France check out Collioure. Pretty pastel homes.
Another gorgeous build 😍
I love sunflowers 🌻! Had my whole kitchen done in sunflowers 🌻🌻🌻
Another incredible build! I dont usually like modern houses but this house is beautiful, also makes me want to have some rich sims who dont have kids and just have all their friends stay over for parties!

LIVINGGGG for this since I lived here for years before Covid hit 😭😭
I'd love to see you do a typical Australian "Queenslander" style house!
1. i wholeheartedly agree with your flower taste aiden
2. ROLD SCOLF sounds like a thu’um from skyrim lol
Oh what a nice place ❤
Aiden from Devon does Miami Baby!! Love!
I've been lost in Miami before, great views to be lost within for sure.
The house, besides being stunning (which is not that easy because often the black and white, minimalist vives feel like +dentist*) has like a beachy feeling to it, in case no one noticed!

You should play Enshrouded. The building system is awesome.
For new york can you please do upstate or western NY, maybe the hamptons. a cute town named chatham has some adorable houses around. buffalo, albany area, saratoga springs, and rochester have nice houses around.
Would love to see your take on a portuguese build :)
I love this build I wish I could have a house like this in real life 🙂
I hope you do a swedish house at some point 😄
Ooo I’d love a german build 🤩
In my country the Czech Republic we have a really stunning modern villa from the 1920’s. It’s called Villa Tugendhat and it’s under UNESCO. If you’d like to be inspired by something I would recommend you take a look! Much love :)❤️
Google shenanigans
"Everything I need is on the ground" tile is actually a lyric from a KPOP song by Rosé from Blackpink 😅
Afterwards, I'd love for you to go to Latin America. Check out historical homes in Olinda or Salvador!
Will this be going on the Gallery, I can’t see it on there yet ?😊
Please also do Turkish inspired builds ❤
i need the person that lives there to watch this video
I would like to see a Caribbean build.
Carcassonne for medievil inspired is a nice place, or you have Toulouse,
