    My daughter and I did this repair yesterday. It was a bit of a challenge but this video was a HUGE help in diagnosis and repair of the actuator door. Great video!

    A very useful video to diagnose and fix an air mixture issue on the passenger side. Thankfully a fairly simple/easy fix. Thanks!

    In my 2010 Town and Country, the front row gets ice cold with the ac on, the 3rd row is cool but the middle row feels like the heat is coming from the vents! I found your video helpful and am going to change the actuator to see if that helps!

    I have a 2010 with a 4.0 but my clicking is on the driver side somewhere just behind or to the right of the ignition . I'm too big to get in there and the clicking seems to be hidden by something plastic I would just disconnect it for now but I can't even see the wire it starts clicking every time I start the engine and then quits after a a few minutes

    What mode did you have to select to move that actuator, and what issue did it have other than clicking?
    No AC or cold on one side?

    Why did you do this at night? Very hard to see.

    Hello, I had this problem, I heard that click but it went away, what now happened is that my air cools but only on the right side, my left side is only hot air, does this system have 2 actuators or will I have a different problem? As I mentioned, the click was identical, I stop doing it but cold air does not come out of the left side. This video is very helpful.

      It's hard to say exactly what it is. You have multiple actuators, (temp,position--defrost, mid,low), etc. Could be one of them stopped working all together. Also low ac charge can cause cool on one side and not on the other...

    Should we disconnect the battery first? Or is it okay to leave the battery connected while doing the work.

    I have a 2016 Chrysler T&C, my noise is coming from behind the glove box too but it isn’t a fast click but more of a slow whirring or rubbing noise that goes away after 10-20 seconds. Could that be the same part or something entirely different?

    Can you show me the a/c filter on 2010? Can’t find vids for the 2010..my a/c is working but not super cold.. left side warmer than right. Thought I would start with the filter..thank you!

    • @CharlesAndCars
      @CharlesAndCars  Před rokem +1

      Wouldn't think it's the filter. Have the pressure in the AC system checked. One side warmer than other can point to low pressure in the system.

      Some 2010s have cabin air filters and some don't. It will be behind the glove box if it has one.
