I've been seeing that Shirataki Rice on Little Retail PH. Di na pala siya kailangan i-rice cooker? Also I did know a lot of people have been getting sick due to the smog lately esp in Metro Manila :( Stay safe as well!
Yes! I was amazed too! hindi na need lutuin! parang 3-minute noodles lang, just add water! 🤣😂 And yes! dami nagkakasakit here now sa Metro Manila. I think it’s also because of the weather, super hot then uulan bigla. Super unpredictable weather… 😭😭😭

Praying that you feel better . When I have a sore
throat i use iodine mixed with water I do not drink it I use it gargle makes sure it touches the tonsils then spit it out also salt water gargle is very effective for a sore throat. I also drink hot lemon water with honey

My remedy for sore throat or tonsillitis is strepsils only. Its very effective! 😊
