the “none of this shits real” part was seth. sams mouth wasn’t moving. he was doing something on his phone and clearly looked to be more involved in that. plus, sam has always been a skeptic. if you watch the ‘week at the conjuring’ video, when he stays in the basement, he talks about proving it to himself. he has also said this in many other videos.
I can’t say much for everything else but it’s very clear that Sam was not the one that make the confession comment. It was Seth. If you look you can see his jaw moving whilst Sams didn’t. Also the voice was definitely Seth’s. Not Sams .

Seth is a skeptic, Sam and Colby aren’t. It makes sense considering it’s Seth’s mouth that moves when it’s said, and the voice is too low to be Sam. Seth is the one saying a majority of the bad comments here, colby just laughing it off and Sam doesn’t give it any attention. This is a reflection on the kind of person Seth is mostly. Shame him.

About a year ago, Detune did a livestream overnight at the Bellaire house. Kristen and her son were there the majority of the night along with them, and both were incredibly kind. Sad to see that Kristen was treated like this :(

When Kristen initially sits down with them, addressing the overall disgust with the situation, Colby immediately asks if she's referring to the basement. I'm curious if there was further disrespectful behavior/damage, considering that was his first thought. Unless, the boo buddy incident happened there, but fairly certain that was the main floor living room. Just pure speculation. Overall, pretty unfortunate to see grown men behaving like highschoolers, even smirking at each other when the cops enter the room.

The boo buddy incident was in the living room with a camera above the fire place. The clip of them at a table is the entry way into the house from their front door. Both are the first 2 rooms you are in when you enter this magnificent memory triggering smelling house.

Some of these comments are giving "boys will be boys" vibes🙄... imagine they were making jokes about your wife or daughter. It's never appropriate, especially when you're a guest in someone's home.
But she's not my wife or daughter and it was just a dirty comment. People getting all worked up like he just invaded Poland.
The main problem is they are "working", behaving like this while supposed to be serious paranormal investigators. They knew they were on camera, so what are they like off camera? I mean yeah Boys will be boys and say dumb stuff around each other all the time, but at least most men / boys wont say that on camera so it don't hurt no one. Did they forget they were on camera? apart from that, they did so much stuff here that just shows they are not serious about what they do and never have been.

It was all Seth's fault. Sam was reading comments he wasn't saying the paranormal was fake. It is clear that Seth's mouth is moving not Sam's. Colby laughed it off sounding very sarcastic. What Seth said about Kristen was ABSOLUTELY disrespectful. Colby was trying to end the conversation without any yelling, so he agreed to this statement Seth had made. Colby paid for the bear that he broke. After Colby kicked the bear, Sam requested that they try to fix the bear. Yes, what they did was stupid and dumb, but they chose to act like this. Seeing people in the comments stand up for Sam and Colby is amazing. You could clearly tell that Seth was the one who said it was fake NOT Sam, Colby paid for the bear he broke, and Seth made the inappropriate joke and i'm pretty sure he (Colby) went along with it cause he wasnt sure what to say and was probably surprised by what Seth said. Here’s my opinion about this by someone not bias about the group members:
Seth is definitely the problem for most things. It’s possible that Colby just said “yeah” as just something to say in response to it or didn’t actually pay attention to what Seth said, which I have a habit of doing sometimes but I’m not fully excusing it. And for the “confession” was Seth not Sam because I didn’t see his mouth moving when it was said but I saw Seth’s move. And for the bear, it was a stuffed animal so it’s possible he didn’t mean to kick it that hard and meant for it to land on top of the couch. Which isn’t excusable considering it’s expensive and very disrespectful to do to someone else’s equipment, if it were their own, it wouldn’t be a big deal but considering it’s someone else’s, it’s not ok. And what Seth said was disgusting. And for the bear, Colby did pay for it. And Colby was holding a battery so it would make sense if it was just the battery but it still wasn’t good to kick or abuse the borrowed equipment. I’m not being bias about anything because I wasn’t a fan of theirs until their paranormal videos but I can easily stop watching if it’s all just a fake because that’s the only thing I watch from them. And they’re old enough to know right from wrong. They’ve been arrested before so they know they’re old enough to be put into an adult prison. Plus at the end, both Sam and Colby looked at Seth when they were told about the sexual comment made by Seth.
Wow these behind-the-scenes videos from the house cameras tell a whole different side of these boys. Wonder how they’ll react once this gets out.

Something tells me other locations they've been to might come forward with their own stories of them if this is common behavior.
I think this was probably a one off. Lots of locations they’ve filmed at have come forward about how sweet and polite they are and just very kind boys.

I saw a comment on a separate video recently that mentioned they almost lost out on investigating two locations strictly because Sam and Colby had done stuff they weren't allowed to do there which caused the owners of the locations to become extremely cautious of who they allowed in to ghost hunt. Why the hell would they be angry that Sam sat on the pentagram when they literally allowed Shane and Ryan to lay down on it on two separate occasions that were years apart? Shane doesn't even just lay down on it for shits and giggles during their first visit, the tour guide offers for him to do it. I just looked it up and Sam and Colby's Sallie House video was published a month after Shane and Ryan's second one which again, features Ryan literally laying on the pentagram for a fairly long period of time and considering the videos were published a month apart - Shane&Ryan Nov 2021, SNC Dec 2021 - it's safe to assume they visited at least within the same year if not within a couple months of each other. 1. What Seth said was disgusting. I have heard many friends and family say such disgusting comments about someone else. I didn't say anything or just pretended to respond. I don't believe Colby had any bad intentions. It is hard to respond correctly to those kind of comments. I know a lot of people don't say anything and go along with what their loved ones say. Peer pressure is a strong thing to overcome. I don't want to condemn Colby because I have been there too.

That being said, no it wasn’t very decent all in all, but to me not enough to call the cops for or cancel them over. Many of the large channels that does paranormal came from other fields like pranks or Urbex. A lot of prank videos are now banned on CZcams, and some of them are really illegal to do. Urbex is also illegal if you trespass on the abandoned property without permission. A lot of Urbex explorers got arrested for it. Same with pranksters. Combined Urbex, prank and paranormal together and you get the likes of Omar, Exploring with Danny, Sam and Colby, etc.

I'm a bit skeptical about the police presence. Hear me out, the police couldn't force S&C to replace the bear or pay for it. That would be done in court as a civil matter, maybe they could get them for criminal damaging? Also the comments the officer made about charging them w/ sexual harassment seems odd. That's not an actual charge in Ohio outside of the work place (to my knowledge). Again, it would be a civil matter unless it escalated to a sexual assault. I kind of wonder if the owner is friends with those officers and had them pop in to scare them a bit. I have a bit of a background when it comes this but I could be totally wrong. I also got the impression that it was just a battery they picked up that fell out of the bear. Regardless, if that were my property and I watched someone kick it around I'd ask them to replace it even if it wasn't "broken." That's horrible behavior. It seemed pretty clear as well that someone at the station had watched the footage and recommended the charges for sexual harassment and Kristin seemed like she wasn't sure she wanted to take it that far. This whole thing took place 2 years ago, Sam didn’t do anything wrong, the “confession” is definitely hard to make out who said it, but from viewing the footage, Sam was reading comments out and showing Colby them.
Colby looked like he didn’t mean to actually hit the bear, he paid for a brand new bear afterwards. In Colby’s response of the small “yeah” to Seth’s comment doesn’t mean anything, he usually says that if he wasn’t paying attention, look at their other videos.
Seth’s comment was completely out of line, why bring Sam and Colby into this for something Seth said? Sam ignored it and Colby didn’t seem to pay attention. It was Seth’s fault.
