Just been there. Actually it’s also a windsurf station;) They even have some Point-7 sails;)
I was planning on flying back to Ireland with some of my gear for a two week break but I live in the Netherlands and Schipol airport is a nightmare and I was afraid of getting stuck and missing flights. So, I cancelled my flight and car rental. I am now driving from Den Haag to Calais. Boat from Calais to Dover. Drive Dover to Holyhead and boat to Dublin. Then another 3.5 hr drive to the west of Ireland. All in all, should be 14hours driving and 5 hours on the boats. There better be some bloody wind…..

Is that a rescue Jet-ski I saw there!? None of that in the early 90’s , we were told at Sotovento/Jandia that next stop was Africa! Good fun there but didn’t compare with El Cotillio on a big blow day! Cheers

Nice video Nils, I was wondering after you had some crashes with the AV Boards in the beginning what setting (footstraps and mastfoot) you use now on the AV62 and the AV72? I noticed most guys (and myself)
have a relative neutral setting on the AV's.
I put the backfootstrap all the way back and the front bootstrap all the way to the front, that gives me really good control over the board, for the mast foot position I leave about 2-3cm room to the back of the mast track, so quite far ack, however on the AV's I like to put them a bit more forward then on the Fanatics I used to sail up to last year, might actually make a video about that

das ist der Spot der ursprünglich für die WM vorhergesehen war, "Las Salinas", da hatte sich die Politik dann aber gegen einen Start an dem Spot quergestellt...
