The Easter Brothers have been performing together for over 60 years. They are from Mount Airy, NC . Brothers Russell, James and Edd have some of the most iconic and recognizable songs and harmonies in any music genre.
The Easter family bloodline has spawned numerous talented family members.
Russell, Jr. (aka Jay), Rodger, Bobby, Jeff & Steve (aka Rabbit) all sons of the Easter Brothers grew up on the road and learned to play music at an early age. Now 3rd and even 4th generation family members are carrying on the Easter legacy in various ways including music groups, record labels,recording studios,music stores, talent agencies & transportation, songwriting and evangelical and pastoral positions.

I use to listen to them as a child.
It would not surprise me if most of the originals are dead.
They were around with the chuck wagon gang,

@@ehenry4282 I believe they are all gone now. James just passed away this past November, and I think he was the last one to leave us. I hope his Son Jeff (and Sheri) Easter will carry on till the Lord comes and takes them away. :(

The Easter Brothers oh how special. Edd helped me learn to get my timming right on the guitar, got two guitars at his store in Stuart, Va. such good man and his sweet wife too.
