C&P examiner found no history in service records,but in DBQ in he's comments he claimed ptsd result in service.Is this a positive result.This was a remand sent from BVA duty to assist .

I had hepatitis ,and I was flat feet and in pain, also I was I was discremenated by a personal he called me a wet back
