Ammos Beach is situated 6 km from the center of Kos town, on the beach of Psalidi, especially the beach of Pefkokefali - Agios Fokas which has been awarded with the Blue Flag Award for the last 17 years consecutively. For 2017, Pefkokefali beach was awarded with the Blue Flag among 8 beaches in Kos Island concerning the quality of bathing water and confirmed “Excellent” water and beach quality.
