This is what I’m trying to apply to my wedding films now. I did my first one and I’m still trying to watch your videos again and again just to get inspired with the phasing of the video. It’s wild for others that I’m not getting the portrait sessions I was just focus on getting the story no tripod just being in the moment and I must say when I watched the raw clips oh man I was amazed. People laughing people cussing and all hahaha

Looks great, but one thing to point out: I think you shot this on anamorphic lenses, and the desqueeze was not proportionally done. That is why you get these weird stretched-out shots, like most interview shots at 0:12. Do check the camera settings and match them with the lens specifications; some lenses are 1.3x, others are 1.5x, and 2.0x respectively. The color grade and edit were on point.

It used to be better
great audio and editing.. but i dont like the look of these camera's. harsh highlights, not much color depth, depressing look overall.. for docu style weddings go red or canon with cine lenses. Also film absolute stable not try to get jerking with these cams, do in the edit proces if u like the movements for a doc feel.. u should also correct the exposure bump at 4sec..
Sounds like you don't understand the ultimate goal of Justin's cinematography. If you're looking for perfection (stable shots, exposure, polished look, etc), don't watch Justin Porter. That's not what his videos are about. The magic of his art lies in the dialogs, the sound design, the sound bites, the rawness of each clip, etc. When you get it, you won't care about the camera jerkiness or the harsh highlights.
