I’ve been following the work of this architectural and design firm for some years now. You may be surprised to learn that it’s based in Ecuador. I have thought to commission them for a home to be built in the Tumbaco Valley (in Ecuador). For now, I’m working on my Spanish.

So many questions. It's obviously a baller's home, and the video has some CGI in it (the water is moving weirdly and people out front are not real). I live in Katy, TX, right next to Richmond, TX. What neighborhood is this in? There are many neighborhoods in Richmond and I can't think of any that would fit this Mega-Mansion. How much is this place? It is not really my style but it is a stunning home. I love some of the finishes. Is the 32,290 sq. ft. a typo? Geesh!, you'd need trackers on the kids. Basketball courts are 4,700 sq. ft...is this property on its own land? That would make more sense if it was on acreage. But, it is gorgeous!
