wanna watch your valuable video completely ..but unlike other videos, the sound quality is very bad..plz take necessary measures to avoid this..i am a big fan of charkose lg centre videos

hiii, i m a bit in a muddle. i failed implementation for various reasons, but i mainly want to know for sure if the medication bottle doesn t have an expiry date, do i verbalise and not give ? or give ? heeeelp, i have OSCE again this thursday. thank you
Isn't only the omitted medication with code 10 need to be written on the box of last page?? Why medication coded 6 need to be written on the box on last page?

Do we need to code as required medicine
Hello , can l administer medications which are due with a start date but no end date (antidepressants and Ferrous sulfate)
If they’re regular medications you can go ahead and serve
Hello do we write information for medicines not administered at the back page even if it's not code 10
I believe we only need to write those which are coded with 10.

Can i clarify why the medication PARACETAMOL not given to patient?
Hi Kristine because there was no signature of prescriber if you listen carefully she says that is the end of prescription but in other medication she do read out there is sign of prescriber and all that… hope it helps n best wishes if you are preparing for OSCE xx
Wasn't Paracetamol a prn medication there and no need to code
