Gosh memories of exactly what we do a month before flying back to Malaysia. We go on a diet and try to loose 5 kilos because we would come back to Australia 8 kilos heavier. My suitcase is filled with Malaysian food products and l take heaps of chocolates back to family. I am packed a month ahead and try not to count how many sleeps left as it makes the time go slower.
Good idea, lose weight before vacation
That’s exactly what im doing now. I started my diet on ramadhan, workout so hard like 5x a week. I lost a lot weight. Going home in 3 weeks.
