You are right. There is a difference in being in government and being a member of the ANC. The question we should be asking ourselves is, what discussions are held by the party that translates into action which bears evidence to the willingness to deliver services. Remember the ANC has factions, as we all know, that means sometimes the right ideas come from the wrong people. A good example of that is the nuclear power, when Zuma wanted to do it, all he'll broke loose people even went caught to block it. Now, all of a sudden, it's a good idea, and there are no objections whatsoever. In the meantime, you and I must try and live with it.
