When you went out onto that balcony, my heart dropped! . It's crazy that they have a balcony on the 46th floor. I am terrified/amazed. Even though I was in the mountains for a month, I still get shivers from big heights! The views make it worth it though.

Great views. AMAZING VIEWS on the top floors. Stayed here once. But a lot of people living in this building will tell you it has problems. Great to buy and rent it out *possibly* but people have bad stories about the issues with water and electricity. Basically, people in this building are living there for a 'status symbol' but the real living conditions are far less than the 'facade' of good IG photos on the balcony.
By the way, she said the price is 500Millones. At the time of this video that was about US$100,000. Now however, and even then, I heard the prices were actually lower. $70k-$85k'ish .

Nice building but the apartment looks like a cheap apartment in the U.S. the fixtures are basic and poorly designed, the moment you open the main door all you see is a bathroom a a bunch of doors.

Great video! But it would be nice to have the 3 bedroom with the one bedroom floor plan cause the kitchen in the 3 bedroom was to narrow but both apartments and the studio was beautiful. Keep bringing that great content Ace.🙂 Now. When are we going car shopping in Columbia? Hahaha!

Nice video. I love real estate and love checking out the markets whenever I travel.
On first glance, these places may sound expensive, but you gotta remember that it looks like these are very high end apartments on the top floor of high end buildings with extreme level of security and lots of amenities and in a upscale part of the most expensive city in Colombia. An apartment like the first one in San Francisco or NYC would easily cost you $1.2M - $1.5M and an apartment like the second one would cost you $500K - $700K. So when you consider all of that, the prices are a great deal!
And I love how they were mackin' on you, Ace, lol. That lady saw you and said to herself "I need to see what this guy's got goin' on!" LOL

This building made international news because it was the 1st crowdfunding skyscraper in the world and only one as far as I know. The Colimbian guy behind this project started another skyscraper building in NYC but it's not a skyscraper. 3,000 ordinary Colombians own this skyscraper

Don't buy anything in this building...that what you see so far seems to be the end product, meaning under construction. 4 years delay and it seems it will continue like that for a very long time.
I would love to know once it's finished how much is their units going for but I just need the name of the building
