Nothing to respect, here. They're just getting the watch hours up so they can sell the channel for more. Look at their old videos and you can see the first content that they used to get views up. They can buy views, likes and subs, but not watch hours. Edit: these people used to do this with stern content, now it's norm.
Have you noticed 5 mins of OP talking at the end of the videos? It is a cynical ploy to use reuploads of popular Norm content to create channel buzz. Once they have garnered enough subs and likes they will shorten (200+ videos) to the last 5 mins and change the name of the video.
I am presuming that you are going to shorten the videos (to the last 5 minutes of you talking) and change the name once you have garnered views from using Norm as a stepladder
