I love the Proton, when I heard HW were putting out a Proton Saga it went straight to the top of my 'MUST GET!' list. Here in the UK these were first sold in I think 1990 and a friend of mine's dad got one, he was very proud of his exotic new Malaysian car! I have good memories of going home in Marcus' dad's Proton. I don't collect carded cars but I'd make an exception for that, it's very cool.

Just realize most of the trucks got good front and back detailing, but they (mattel) rarely gave any detail to JDM or any other car like BMW or porsche. đ

Same alongside Utopia, Mustang Dark Horse and Formula E Gen3 car
LBWK Skyline 2000 GT-R, Formula E Gen3 (new casting), Pagani Utopia (new), '67 Lotus Type 49 (new), '92 BMW M3, VW iD Buzz, '77 Pontiac Firebird and the 2022 Custom Ford Maverick (new as well). are my most favorites here. Nice recolors for the '94 Audi Avant RS2, Mazda RX-7 and the Jaguar F-Type Project 7. And the obligatory 3 Batmobiles of course. Definitely a nice case overall, thanks for the unboxing!

I think the J, K and L cases have all been okay with 5/6 castings in each that I will potentially buy when I find them. Glad to see that the Batman license is still running strong LOL! Thanks for the bonus feature at the end, I enjoyed seeing that and hearing about it. I always look forward to your unboxings and your commentary on the case. Best wishes my friend =)

The best thing about Hot Wheels is that there are fans for all the castings. I like this cae mainly for some recolors and returns of my preferred castings. My favorite is the Deora 2 for it's iconic design. "spread eagle on the hood of the Hot Bird is amost as funny as your iconic "money shot". Oh yeah I follow you for many years now.

Malaysia is a wonderful country, a blend of modern and traditional way of living and the food is top notch!! Most of us learn English as a second language so communication is not a problem and our currency is $hit at the moment so a win for you đđ

A lot of the 2024 Hot Wheels cases seem to be all the same. If you have purchased several cases this year can you please tell us what percentage of the mainline Hot Wheels are all the same in these cases?
As a rule of thumb, the casting will appear in a case and gets repeated in the next case, for example a casting appears in C case and will appear also in D case and thatâs it. It will not appear in say J case unless the same casting is a recolor.
In same cases, for example H cases, the content is more or less the same. The difference is maybe some casting has singles or doubles. Has regular treasure hunts or supers or none at all.
No idea on the percentage of sameness though.
They only come out with 250 cars a year. Top right of every card tells you which number you have. 72 case x 15 cases a year = 1080 cars
Meaning it's on average four cars will be duplicated throughout each box.

This time none of the cars for my collection. I have the first Layin Lowriders, but this brown color is not my taste, as well as with the Mustang Funny Car and Dodge Charger, I will not buy them with this unrealistic color.

My top 10. maybe change a little in last few days. I might take a break from ordering this case and just grab what I find on the pegs, but I will do what I have to do to get my Top 5 cars.

Big shout for Acceleracers fans ,and that design is iconic.
2. Fire Bird Trans Am
Weather spread eagle or phoenix that is iconic muscle car for me.
3. Chevy Silverado
looks fantastic in blue.
4. Car -D -Asada
Love the casting. Love that it is a T.H. this year.
5. Pagani Utopia
That color is so nice on it.
6. Formula E Gen3E
Mean in black. Not new casting. been around since 2020.
7. Koenigsegg Jesko
This casting been around, but it looks really good in Metallic Purple
8. Ford Maverick Custom
New casting. Gotta have it.
9. '93 Audi Avant RS2
I don't hunt for this casting, but this time I want that color.
10. '67 Lotus Type 49
Interesting little retro racer. Looks good with the those wheels.
Fun recolors on Art cars and Terra-Traktyl. Boom Car looks good in Black and Gold. One of the best recolors for the Jag. Love my 5 Alarms. thanks for the showcase.

99J means 2022; as you can see this case (99L) means 2024 so 99J = 2022, 99K = 2023 and 99L = 2024.. the fourth digit refers to the case mix, which is J.. UX is just the variation of the mix mentioned
