HI Flavine, i just moved to leuven to study in ku leuven, please can you recommend shops to buy grocery and some stores where I can get cheap decor and all the things I would need to decorate my hostel. Things like blanket, posters, flower

For cheap decor and house hold items go to Action, for groceries go to Colruyt, Aldi, or Lidl.
