    So the engine died because the exhaust valve was closed, but black smoke was pouring out the stacks? And how is that related to the blackout 10 hours before? I'm a maritime engineer, and this makes zero sense!

    Should the Dali even been allowed to leave Baltimore Harbour (Docks) under the circumstances if it had no power.
    If, as the NTSB report states the ship did depart under those conditions then surely it suggests a very irresponsible attitude by the captain and Maersk.

    I have a tip: The FBI confiscated the cell phones of the crew members of the ship that destroyed the Baltimore bridge. If it was merely an accident, why would the FBI seize the mobile telephones of foreign citizens? This makes one think that, as a working hypothesis, the FBI may not have ruled out computer hacking as the reason why the ship got off course.

    What's the time stamp on dropping the anchor and what is the anchors location on the ship? How far did they drag it? In the live footage the ship is steering towards the pier already before power flashes. 100,000 ton ships have redundancies built in. Where is the report on why redundancies failed and how? On the USS Enterprise the entire engineering department KNEW WITHIN HOURS how the ship almost ended up dead in the water. They are leaving everything important out of the explanation. Kind of like Epstein photos how the back of the neck strangle marks are the only ones that matter to show a knot instead of a person yet it was the photo never released.

    • @charlesb3101
      @charlesb3101 Před 13 dny

      according to the timeline the anchor detail had 2 minutes to drop the anchor from the moment the order was given by the pilot to bridge strike. Takes around around 30 seconds to deploy properly (if someone is just standing by the brake) or just spin as fast as you can and hope you can reapply it fast enough to stop the chain. Its also not the final report, its a preliminary report
