what thread/floss are you using? which brand do you like/prefer and why? what fabrics do you use and why? Thanks for a very detailed instructional video. I haven't picked up an embroidery needle since the 1970's. After watching I have pulled out all my supplies for this and will begin again. Thanks for the inspiration. Hi Joan Really happy that this vidéo inspired you to start Embroidery again ☺️, I use DMC Embroidery threads Whitby 6 stands numéro 25 but you can use other brands like Anchor , au vers à soie ....no preference just what I have available in stores next to me , for the fabric I like linen because of the texture on it also came with diffrents weight and colors .hope that this Will help 😉

Wonderful, never really understood what exactly this was about. Growing up we had pillow cases with decorations on opening end, I am guessing by my grandmother. As they aged, they disappeared. These would make great gifts now, can be personalized.
