Found out bout you through your awesome performances with Martin Miller along with Felix Lehrman and Ben Jud... Man you guys are the tightest band ever!
I don‘t think it was used on either. The soundtrack to A Clockwork Orange is by Wendy Carlos who is famous for recreating classical compositions on a Moog Modular Synthesizer (like Beethovens 9th Symphony which was one of the main themes in that film). The Scarface soundtrack was done by Giorgio Moroder who used all sorts of synthesizers and I don‘t think there‘s a Mellotron on it. However, there are many older movies with a mellotron in it that was used for sound effects. The bigger grey unit you see in my video next to me has lots of noises on each key instead of musical instruments. Airplanes, Dogs, Birds and so on.
Whoa! Nice collection of Mellotrons! We LOVE Mellotron and use it as often as possible on our recordings! You can never have too much Mellotron!
Nice playing, no talking, only music.
Keyboarder's Heaven. :-)

In The Court Of The Synthie King
You NEED to sneek in a little reminiscence to the masters when playing Mellotron strings, don't you? ;-)
Is that a MKII SFX mellotron to his right?
its a funny sound , reminds me of clockwork orange and scarface - perhaps it was used in those ones , not sure.
