I had a 66 SS 396 that was a 402 ci displacement that ate most muscle cars for breakfast and lunch on the street. An L34 from the factory custom order with all of the goodies. Took on a 440 Roadrunner and a 427 Vet owned by a Police man. It's a lot up to the driver.

Love the sound of that exhaust system, it is the best sound ever. Looks like one of the Dusters I used to have except my exhaust had turn-downs under the front seats ,and man was it loud......but I loved it . Thanks for sharing your Duster with the amazing sounding exhaust tone!

Nice Mopar!!👍👊 I’ve had classic cars and muscle cars since 1988 when I was 16. Sold my last one in spring of 2019 when I bought a bigger house. I recently made a video on my channel in memory of it. My next one will probably be a Duster, 71 or 73 (don’t like the tail lights on the 72). Hopefully my finances will allow me to buy one in spring of 2023, I really miss the nostalgic feel of being behind the wheel of 60s and 70s power. 💪There is nothing like it.

My grandpa sold it to a friend, the friend put a brand new slant six in it( as new as you can get with a slant six anyways) and then he sold it back to my grandpa and it’s sat for 18 years. After my grandpa passed, my dad gave it to me. I wanna paint it sublime green with the swinger decals on the back and I wanna put a 68 barracuda hood scoop on it. The best/ most inexpensive way to remedy this, is to install a throttle-body electronic fuel injection system, which can be done in your garage on a weekend. Then taking it to a shop with a dynamometer to fine tune it, would maximize the engine's performance & efficiency potential.
