  • China's new Long March 6C rocket launched the Neptune-01 satellite from the Taiyuan Satellite Launch Center on May 7, 2024.
    Neptune-01 has a umbrella-shaped parabolic antenna for Earth imaging.

    That doesnt look like its wings open very smoothly. At the speed its orbiting, it will be interesting to see when it opens. The Chinese dont follow building code or protocols for anything. Ive seen some crazy shit of how they build stuff with no regard for safety of the workers, or at all for that matter.
