I like the stencil hack. I looked for the link about how to make a stencil, but I did not see it.

Love the hacks. BTW, I learned years ago in woodshop, "You should never apply stain across the grain. Always apply stain with the grain." If you wait too long to wipe or blend it, it will always show the cross grain streaks which are next to impossible to correct. The same rules apply to sanding.😊

I am unsure of my Favorite take away. I am torn between the rolled flowers and learning to stencil properly. I don't know if I will be using the making of stain but if I do, I sure am glad to know how to make it.

So that’s a paint wash, not a stain. Homemade stain: vinegar and steel wool = awesome nontoxic stain!

You have some “Great hacks”. I’ll have retired a month ago this week!!!I. Im going to go buy a cricket and vinyl and tools and all that stuff. Just gotta know for sure I can create enough traffic that will buy to make the investment in time energy and equipment worthwhile.
