Good idea, horrible execution. Germany should have been declaring wars in South America all round (with their original focus tree tweaked for casus beli against SA neighbors) and it might have shown what a SA Germany with whole continent might do late game, with Germany having to have navy or going to Latin / North America. This video showed nothing of interest in the end, oh wow Argentina in Europe that is gonna be doing amazing things(/s).
Well I made them justify on most of SA, but they didn’t declare war on them for some reason...even with the war goals, probably because they were fighting in NA.
