A big round of Applause for the sheer amount of food consumed and for maintaining the enthusiasm. I am just going to bring two things to everyone's notice -
    1. Chaat was invented in the walled city of Delhi during the Mughal rule and contained spiced which aided digestion. It included golgappa which was a puffed hollow dough ball filled with spicy cumin-mint water added with a sweet tamarind or a mint chutney or a combination of both. All the other variants like paani puri, puchka, etc are local versions of the original ultimate Delhi street food called 'chaat' which literally translates to 'to lick' as it is that finger-licking delicious.
    2. Paan or Areca nut leaf is smeared with limestone powder (soaked in water for some time) and various spices like Betul nut slivers, rose jam, cardamom, aniseed, 'katthha' (a light brown paste) and rock candy. It is eaten after a meal and the juice is swallowed to aid the digestion of the meal. It is not to be 'spit out' as advised by David here. While getting it made by the paan vendor, one can ask to add less lime and Betul nut pieces and 'katthha' to make it a milder version. Please don't advise people to spit out the juice and colour the streets and walls of our country. A humble request to all tourists.

i'm nepali, our taste buds are same. i love indian foods and it has to be made by indian. indian dishes has large variety of masalas and they knows and use them verry well than any other country.i even love their sweets/deserts. westerns shows curry only as indian dish. Curry is more like asian thing than only indian. there are lots of unique tastes and dishes and my favourite thing about indian course is chutney /sauce. Variety of chutney tasting different from person to person who makes it. my only motivation to work/study hard is to be so rich that i could hire a personal indian cook 😋😂😅😅😅
