I wanted to give a shout out to my amazing architect: Eritrean - my wonderful engineer - Eritrean (DND Development Kigali), my hard-working construction manager - Rwandese.... my various subcontractors & manufacturers: Rwandese, Tanzanian.... Visionary: ME - Eritrean & Pan African & Cosmopolitan. A high-end house built by Africans in Africa :)
Congratulations! It seems like the build quality in Rwanda, S. Africa, and Ghana is some of the best on the continent. I would love to eventually invest in the Rwandan real estate market at some point in the future, God willing.

My tip if you go global: Sell either in bulk to skin / hair care manufacturers in the EU /US or if you are planning your own brand, go high-end (beautiful luxurious packaging), you will receive much higher margins for the same Ghanaian butter.
