Tymo also have a curling iron as well you can trying that.
I don’t recommend you using highest level heat setting always start low if you don’t have very thick hair ，either you using highest level heat to straightening frist and add loose curls style making sure trun your heat down little for safety 。

Ask for a permanent retainer, it’s just a wire that sits behind your front teeth I never notice it tbh. My ortho gave me a permanent one because I’d never wear my rubber bands, so he knew I wouldn’t wear my retainer consistently.

If it’s just for flat ironing I’d recommend babyliss, but this one is superior for curling
