My first ever FSU-Miami game I’ve ever gone to. As a Noles fan, bruh, that was satisfying

I've only been fortunate enough to go to 1 ( been to about 10 other games in Tally over the years). It was the game in 2015, another good game. Dalvin went nuts in that one and man, the energy in Doak was different for the Miami game. So intense

I've been watching these games for 35 years and they've always been like this. I can remember being a student at FSU back in the early 90s. You should have seen that atmosphere when both of these teams were top 5 teams every year. You could cut the intensity and tension with a knife at those games. That game almost always seemed to lead to a national title back then. It was crazy. The game yesterday was just another chapter in this intense rivalry. Great game that I'm glad we won!

I knew we could but I also thought we could beat Clemson and NC State and that didn’t happen so but I’m enjoying this win and on to BC

That 3rd down stop where Jermaine Johnson ran across the field to flatten 85 on Miami to stop him from getting the first down had to be a highlight. That tackle forced Miami to punt the ball back to FSU for the game winning drive.

As a Miami fan, we deserve to lose this game sadly, too many undiscipline penalties and Manny Diaz wasting two timeouts that could’ve been saved for the Canes offense at the end. But GG to FSU, both UM and FSU needs to be relevant to make College Football alot better.

Nah. Travis can be a Top 20ish QB next season, but his passing is still not elite enough to get him as a Heisman candidate.
He deserves respect for growing and making clutch throws on the final drive, but lets not get carried away.
@@wcc1212 The only reason he isn't able to perform to his full potential is because of the FSU offensive line. FSU would probably be 4-5 or even 5-4 this season if it wasn't for the o-line. They are just too inconsistent. That's why we see games like these where Travis easily completes multiple game-changing passes in a row, but then gets sacked out of nowhere.
As a canes fan losing this game was the best thing that could happen for Miami thank u Seminole’s!!!!!
Just rewatched this, QB for FSU hit a movie move in this game. He got the last score(two point conversion) on the same play as the first TD he got.
Spiking the ball at the end was the best ending of any Miami loss😆😂🤳

Give Travis a good oline that is good consistently he shows flashes of what he can do look at every big pass he made he had great protection. They don’t have to do so much design runs if they have a good line he can run naturally. Travis can be a good one fsu needs a good oline consistently all game

I can’t stop watching the 4th and 14 conversion. I was at the game, and saw it happen right in front of me. And let me tell you, it’s something I’ll never forget. And when the ref announced that the ball game was over, that’s the loudest I’ve ever heard Doak Campbell Stadium.

AAAAAHHHHHHH! I cannot put into words the disdain I have for Miami. I know FSU is nowhere near where they need to be but that really doesn't matter. They beat Miami straight up. If we can beat Florida as well Norvell will be a freaking hero!
If they win out, and finish 6-6, they're in a bowl game. That's a step in the right direction and great momentum builder going into next year with a top 20 recruiting class

I'm really happy to see the positive steps this year, though it has been a FRUSTRATING season (and part of it falls on some of Norvell's ridiculously aggressive playcalls). If we manage 6-6 to go to a bowl game that would mean a 3 game win streak...after a 2 game loss streak...after a 3 game win streak...after a 4 game loss streak.
Cardiac kids doesn't even begin to describe how weird FSU has been throughout this year.

I watched this game with my best friends in the garnet & gold club. I remember us almost leaving and something just held us back and we caught the 4th and 14 on the tvs by the bar. The place went bananas. I’ll never forget how fast we rushed to cheer our seminoles. I love you florida state ❤️❤️❤️❤️

As a Miami fan, Norvell outcoached Diaz completely and had his team ready to go. Once FSU starts bringing in the talent again the coaching will be there. That said Diaz’s time is up a UM, terribly coached and no discipline. It’s literally like watching the same game unfold every week. Good game Noles

Way back in caveman days, I attended BOTH schools... meaning, every year, Fuzz-U oughta go 11-0, Miami oughta go 10-1= til NEXT YEAR, then trade off. I must say, back in the 80's and 90's, they used to play TACKLE FOOTBALL....(?) this look-eed more like a cross betweren touch football and a really ugly sweaty hairy kinda ballet. Used to be when you hit the guy running with a football, he FELL OVER? Kids today!
