- Once again with the help of NatsuDragneelTheFireDragon for old gen model imports, KRDCD brings the iconic N-WGIX/v from Armored Core: Verdict Day into the newest gen title. This mech was the final boss of Verdict Day, piloted by Reaper Squad's commander, J.

This mod replaces by default the EPHEMERA parts set and the IA-C01B: GILLS booster, as well as the RF-024 TURNER, the RF-025 SCUDDER and the HI32: BU-TT/A.

As much as Nine Ball and White Glint are undoubtedly the two most iconic mechs in the AC franchise, N-WGIX/v will always remain as my personal favorite. The scene of J arriving to the battlefield in his own personal jet for his mech is what won me over to the AC series.

The White Glint and the NWGIX remind me so much of the Unicorn and the Banshee
Before the Unicorn and Banshee, there was the White Glint and N-WGIX/V
I just realized the thrusters exhaust is shaped like White Glint Overboost. This make me happy as this is the closest we could get right now for fully exposed White Glint overboost animation mod in AC 6

THEY ACTUALLY CONFIGURED THE BOOSTERS ON THIS ONE NO WAY
the problem is that N-WGIX always has the wings in position to boost around. White Glint doesnt, the wings only open during overboost meaning it cant always be extended and so it needs an animation for opening and closing as well as those boosters only flaring when the wings are open. That is the thing modders cant figure out currently

@@reapernekrs4871 Yes. As this is a simple modelswap, it does not affect the regulation.bin file like the NEXT Movement Regulation mod does.

N-WGIX really is my favorite AC/mecha with white glint just a cm behind, both are just so great. Wish N-WGIX had a figure, model kit, or statue or something cause I'd buy it in a heartbeat. Definitely picking up this mod when I get the chance
I feel like we have to appreciate how scary the previous antagonists of Armored Core were (at LEAST two of them). Still are. J is a master of the battlefield, he does not seek peace nor compromise, he only wants war. His armored core, is more like an armored god certainly one of the more brutish designs out of Armored Core and I love it (Verdict Day was awesome, I wish I still had the disc to play it)
AllMind is kinda just Nineball with a new face and voice if I’m being honest, at least that’s what she seems like. Okay Nineball may not have actually been scary but the presentation is nonetheless awesome! And Nineball’s theme is just mwah!!

Gen 6 ACs are about as tall as NEXTs
N-WGIX is a normal sized AC. 1st gen, 2nd gen, 3th gen, 4th gen, and 6th gen ACs are all about 10 meters tall. 5th gen ACs were twice as small because of the urban combat in AC5 and ACVD, N-WGIX is basically a 4th gen NEXT, so that's why it was looking so huge in comparation with 5th gen ACs in ACVD

@@MihailK-xz4dw well hes saying the boss was designed to be viewed from a position of being like a third of its height, so he thought it might look weird as a design visually if its actually viewed from a POV of it NOT appearing oversized and looming over every other AC.

I don't know why but whenever I change more than one AC part, or do a mission, my FPS just tanks to 1-5 fps. Using Mod Engine 2.

Why not HAL 826 as its base? Because it is close to Neo White Glint IX
It's a matter of the ACVI model skeleton being compatible with the imported model. HAL 826's skeleton has serious compatibility issues with the N-WGIX/v model.
It's probably NEXT, not Neo.

I still imagined him to be twice taller than ac6 acs because of how imposing he is
Tbf, he's imposing in verdict day because the AC's in VD are like the smallest in the series by height. They can barely stand up straight if at all.
Well to be fair 5th gen AC's are 5 meters tall, half as tall as a NEXT, which the N-WGIX/v is.

If you can figure out a way to unpack, then loose load patch the files on an Xbox.

@@omnikaion534 Unpacking the files is doable if they can be accessed, patching an Xbox executable to loose load it though would take more effort.
But the real problem is that you can't do any file interaction on an Xbox like this afaik

According to the lore, AC6 AC's are only like 20 feet shorter then NEXT's, so it's a little shorter, but not by much.

i feel armored core 6's speed is exactly appropriate to N-WGIX/v since its technology is between V's and FA's
