- That's right, everyone! The Nintendo Channel is back! It is currently in a very early beta, but it still works! At the moment, the only working DS demo is Kirby Mass Attack. No videos work either. This will hopefully be fixed in the future, however.

I remember using this in 2010, 2011 and 2012. I watched the Luigi's Mansion 2 reveal trailer, Lego City Undercover, New Super Mario Bros. U, Nintendo Directs, New Super Mario Bros. 2 DLC videos, 3DS stuff, and more.
This is actually amazing. I used to check this daily and spend hours just watching trailers or playing demos on my ds. Any update on this? I'm really interested to know if the videos work.

I used to have a wii in 2014, but i didnt have wiiconnect24. It got discontinued until i wanted to see it. Now riiconnect24 is here. Revival of wiiconnect24.

I remember a game that i watched on this channel ages ago, it was some sort of on rails shooter for the nintendo DS, there was a boy and a girl exploring some creepy amusement park that was filled with clowns and other monsters, if i remember correctly the company was also going to launch another game for the Wii but instead of fighting monsters you were on a island fighting dinosaurs, both games had trailers on this channel but i have never heard of them after that
Those games looked seriously good but i don't know if they were cancelled and never released or they released but didnt made much buzz and were basically forgoten by everyone, if someone knows the name of that game or even watched the demo it would be cool to hear about i have been searching for years but have never been capable of finding anything since i dont remember the names

Man I remember the nintendo channel alot I remember watching this one series that sadly I don't remember what was it called but it was this series that these 2 guys plays the new Nintendo games at the time like donkey kong country returns and new super mario bros wii they were basically like game grumps but for kids
I use to use Nintendo channel back then. After school I would go on my Wii and check out the Nintendo channel to see the games and content. Also I would see all the videos for stuff like upcoming games and crap. Sadly I was mad that it shut down because wiiconnect24 discontinued. But in 2019! I was really happy that it came back! But some of the videos and demos won't work. But I did get the demo for Kirby mass attack which was cool. But I still enjoy it today as a 14 year old kid.

I don't think RiiConnect24 will ever be discontinued.
I remember being 8 and putting videos on the gaming TV, my mom walking down stairs and in shock seeing that I was able to figure out how to play video through the TV

I remember having a Wii with internet connection although I never used it for wc24. I only used it for mkwii. I would have had a childhood if I wasn’t dumb. But at least I have rc24 running in my Wii U

I used this channel to download some demo of upcoming games in Nintendo DS, like "Ivy the kiwi" or "Art Academy" .
There was good, really. I've never found "Ivy the kiwi" in stores, unfortunately.

Go on the the riiconnect24 web page, and dowload the patcher. That has more instructions.

You can't fix that. RiiConnect24 is still working on Nintendo Channel. It's not finished so they only put 1 game.

Yes it does, and the videos work, although they lag and the thumbnails are not correct and the only game you see searched is Brain Challenge, hopefully in the next RiiConnect24 update they'll fix it, also, not all the videos work, so if you want to watch Nintendo Channel content, Look for trailers on the game companies' CZcams channels and for people who are fans of a show on the Nintendo Channel (Nintendo Week), NintenDaan uploaded every episode of Nintendo Week, so you may as well search it up.

You don't need one, go on the Riiconnect24 website, and download the patcher. This has patched versions of these channels.

It’s no longer offering new game purchases. You can still re-download any game you purchased that is linked to your particular console. If you’re interested in obtaining games from the Wii shop, research wads. All games and dlc are available for download online. Just do a search
